Are you healed?
As Bible says in 1 Peter 2:24: “‘He Himself bore our sins’ in His body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; ‘by His wounds you have been healed.’”
We are healed through Jesus who died on the cross. We are now released from Hell and lifted up by faith and sited besides him; we are no longer slave of sin because of his blood. Everyone who believed that is called to communicate, to spread that good news of salvation.
As James 5:14-15 says: “Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven.” It’s for God to heal our in and out, our souls and body and it’s for us to believe in Him
Short Prayer for Healing – “Father, help me to keep my focus on You when the pain and hurt are overwhelming. Help me be faithful and see the good and blessings surrounding me. Please strengthen my mind, heart, and body, and heal me today. May the Holy Spirit guide me in peace and comfort. Amen.”
Healed to Heal
Prayers for healing are a testimony of faith, trust, and reliance on God’s love and compassion. They are deeply ingrained in the Christian spiritual life, offering hope, support, and comfort in times of pain or distress. In the parable of the Good Samaritan, the priest and the
Levite ignore God when they ignore the wounded man, and so their lives remain unchanged — they keep walking down the same path. The man the Good Samaritan finds bleeding on the side of the road is really the Lord. And in picking him up and binding his wounds, the Samaritan’s life is
changed.
So, We have been called to heal wounds, to unite what has fallen apart, and to bring home those who have lost their way.
